This customer was a customer in May last year. The customer’s initial inquiry was to compare a 2t and a 3t adjustable height steel portable gantry crane. During the communication with the customer, our salesperson learned the customer’s specific needs in detail. The customer planned to use the steel gantry crane to lift the injection molding machine model inside his own factory, but through the factory pictures shared by the customer, it can be analyzed that the space in the factory is not large, and the range for lifting the steel gantry crane is not large. So our salesperson further confirmed the specific height of the factory and the size of the injection molding machine model with the customer, and shared the information with our technical department to discuss solutions together, and finally proposed a drawing plan and quotation that satisfied the customer.
Finally, the customer confirmed that he wanted a 2t steel portable gantry crane with a low headroom electric chain hoist. However, there were some problems with foreign exchange payments in the customer’s country, and he told us that he would ask his friends to help purchase, pay and pick up the goods. Until January of this year, the customer’s friend contacted us again and informed us that we would place an order for purchase. After receiving the remittance from the customer, our company immediately started customized production, and the production and packaging were completed in 15 working days. On March 20, the customer arranged someone to pick up the goods, and the order was completed.
