SEVENCRANE successfully completed a new cooperation project with a manufacturing company in Kazakhstan, supplying two pillar jib cranes with lifting capacities of 5 tons and 3.2 tons. The customer is a sales manager of the company and had already established cooperation with SEVENCRANE through a previous purchase of a single girder overhead crane. Based on the previous successful experience and trust in our products and service, the customer contacted us again for a new lifting equipment requirement.
The new project was mainly for the customer’s factory workshop, where flexible and efficient lifting equipment was needed for daily production activities. After understanding the working environment and application requirements, our team recommended suitable pillar jib crane solutions that could provide convenient material handling within specific working areas. The cranes were designed to help workers efficiently lift and move components, improve production efficiency, and reduce manual handling workload.
During the initial communication, the customer planned to equip the jib cranes with electric chain hoists. Our technical team discussed the advantages and limitations of different hoist configurations according to the customer’s actual working conditions. After further consideration of lifting performance, working frequency, and long-term reliability, the customer decided to change the lifting mechanism to CD wire rope hoists, which better matched their operational requirements.
After confirming the technical specifications and quotation, both parties moved forward to contract preparation. During the contract process, the customer adjusted the payment method several times due to internal financial arrangements. Our team maintained close communication, provided professional support, and worked patiently with the customer to find a suitable solution. Finally, the customer selected USD payment terms and successfully completed the order confirmation.
