This Peruvian client is the General Manager of IMECSA S.A.C. This client is a long-term and high-quality customer of SEVENCRANE, and both parties have a good and stable cooperation foundation. As early as May this year, the client purchased a single girder overhead crane from our company. The factory’s production scale has expanded. In July, the client actively contacted us and wanted to purchase a pillar jib crane. After receiving the client’s requirements, we were very happy that the client was willing to choose us again. The client clearly stated that the workshop equipment layout is compact, and the reserved installation space is limited. If the equipment size deviates, it will not be able to be installed and used smoothly. Therefore, the client requires us to provide complete and precise technical drawings and detailed size parameters, strictly checking each installation data to ensure that the new equipment can perfectly adapt to the on-site conditions.
The technical team drew complete professional construction drawings based on the customized configuration of the 2.5-ton pillar jib crane, precisely marking all key parameters such as total height, arm length, rotation radius, base size, installation bolt holes, minimum installation space, etc.
We sent the complete drawings and technical parameter list to the client and verified and confirmed each item with the client one by one. For the size questions raised by the client, we provided professional answers in a timely manner. According to the client’s actual on-site layout requirements, the drawings were modified. Before the official production, we confirmed all data to be error-free from the source, avoiding equipment compatibility risks and fully meeting the client’s refined and high-standard purchase requirements.
