The trolley drive system combines a high-performance motor, reduction gearbox, and brake into an integrated compact structure. This design provides stable operation, excellent transmission efficiency, and low energy consumption. Equipped with variable frequency control, the trolley can run smoothly with low impact during starting and stopping, meeting different speed requirements for various working conditions.
The drum of the European type electric wire rope hoist is manufactured from high-quality Q345 seamless steel tube and processed through multiple precision machining procedures to ensure excellent concentricity and durability. The rope groove design complies with FEM standards, ensuring orderly wire rope arrangement during operation. High-strength pressing plates and fastening bolts are installed at the wire rope end to improve lifting safety and operational reliability.
The hoist uses imported high-performance wire rope with tensile strength up to 2160 MPa. The galvanized surface treatment effectively improves corrosion resistance and extends service life. The wire rope also features excellent flexibility and wear resistance, helping maintain stable lifting performance even under frequent operation.
The rope guide of the European type electric wire rope hoist is lightweight and highly wear-resistant, effectively reducing friction between the wire rope and drum. It helps prevent rope skipping, loosening, or off-groove situations, greatly improving operational safety.
The lifting hook is designed according to DIN standards and equipped with a safety latch and ergonomic wire rope sheath. Made from high-strength forged materials, the hook provides excellent durability and safety performance. Each hook is supplied with nondestructive testing certification to ensure product reliability.
